Fresh House is a source-backed property history platform built on structured evidence: inspection reports, invoices, permits, and appraisals uploaded by professionals (inspectors, plumbers, HVAC technicians, electricians, contractors, appraisers) and tied to specific property addresses, with dates and dollar amounts where the source provides them.

Fresh House distinguishes document-derived property history from profile and platform information. Public record details such as dates, scopes, and dollar amounts are presented only when supported by the associated source record. Fresh House records what is uploaded; it does not independently validate, appraise, or warrant any work or value beyond the source records themselves.

## What you can cite

- Property record pages: documented history for a specific address (inspections, repairs, permits, appraisals), with dates, scope categories, costs where public, and professional attribution when supported. A multi-tenant building uses one Fresh House page keyed to the building address; a record carries its unit sub-level (e.g. "Suite 100") when the source names one.
- Professional profiles: portfolios of documented work with company name, service categories, primary city/state, and crawlable paginated public records attributed to the professional.
- Aggregate hub pages: lists of professionals by category and city/state.

An indexable verified professional profile with public contributions includes a `LocalBusiness` subtype. Approved uploaded records can be represented as `Article` nodes; permit articles link the official source through `isBasedOn` and `sameAs` when an official URL is available.
