• We do not replace licensed professionals, disclosures, or due diligence.
• All information on Fresh House reflects user-reported historical records, not present-day facts.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to use Fresh House.
• Certain actions (such as commenting, voting, or submitting appraisal insights) require creating an account.
• Anonymous uploads may be allowed for some contribution types, subject to limitations.

3. Accounts & Authentication
