Purchased this property in 2023, inspection report was done, I've uploaded for reference. However I did end up having issues with the sump pump and had to do additional repairs.
Foundation wall appears to be in good shape; urethane caulk needed to seal crack in foundation near front porch; basement stairs are missing a handrail and a door.
