PestWood Destroying Insect inspection found no visible evidence of wood destroying insects; no action or treatment recommended; garage was inaccessible during inspection.
SewerSewer camera inspection identified root intrusion at the connection between 4" cast iron and 6" clay pipe, and a large offset just past the clay connection (located and marked at approximately 10 feet depth under front yard bushes); referral to the sewer lateral program recommended for repairs.
