Home InspectionWhole-home inspection of single-family property found the home generally in good condition with no structural issues; deficiencies noted include a cracked cast-iron sewer stack, inoperable sump pump with sparking outlet, cracked roof vent stack, and failed tub diverter valve.
SewerSewer lateral lines are open and flowing; light scaling is present on the cast-iron portion but not enough to require cabling; no issues flagged.
